Credit Card:

Purchasing online with your credit card is the simplest and most convenient way of shopping. Simply fill in your details and we will bill the purchase to your account.

Australia Post Money Order - Select the "Money Order" option on the payment page. A page will appear with the details of your order including your order number. Print this page and send it to us with your money order. A Customer Care representative will contact you during business hours to assist you with your order.

Exchanges:

Occasionally we find it is necessary to take products back in exchange for another.

Possibly our shipping department made a mistake, you clicked a different button than you thought, It's different to what it looked like in the picture; Whatever the reason we will gladly exchange your unused, undamaged "within 30 day Money Back" timeframe product for another of equal or lesser value and adjust credits to your credit card if required. Please include the original or a copy of the invoice with a short note with instructions. Returns:

ACM Wallet Australia Pty Ltd warrants the mechanism of your ACM Wallet to be free from mechanical defects and guarantees a full refund minus shipping if the product is returned within the 30 day period of purchase. No refunds after the 30 days return policy has expired.

International Delivery Times:

Delivery times for international orders do vary and depends on destination. Please allow up to four weeks for international delivery

Standard Delivery with insurance:

Our standard delivery method includes insurance and guarantees receipt of your parcel if the parcel has legitimately been lost, stolen or simply not arrived. If after lodging an enquiry with Australia Post we find that your parcel has legitimately been lost we will replace and resend the missing items. The lost parcel enquiry may take up to 7 Days to be completed.

Privacy & Security:

Often when taking calls over the phone people are reluctant to give some of their personal data such as phone number, email addresses, etc. We try to get phone numbers in case there is a problem with a shipment, we always follow up. We try to get email addresses to send confirmation of the sale, for your proof and protection, also in case there is a problem with a shipment and the phone does not answer - we are in front of our computers all day every day so an email is very simple and easy for us. WE DO NOT SELL YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.

We also do not save your credit card information. Once the order processes through our secure site it is purged from our system and only refundable for 30 days via the merchant provider. After 30 days the merchant purges the info and we are not able to electronically refund a card.
